Christian Maitre

Christian Maitre is a senior journalism major and politics minor at Ithaca College. Christian enjoys uncovering injustice through his journalistic work which led him to cover a wide range of topics including social justice, corruption, surveillance and local businesses for WICB, Ithaca College's FM radio station and Buzzsaw magazine. At WICB he serves as a newscaster, reporter and formerly the Director of News Production. At Buzzsaw he was a writer and editor for the News and Views section. He has become proficient in audio editing using Adobe Audition and Protools and using sound design to add depth hid stories. He has interned for the local Ithaca radio station WRFI and the progressive news outlet Status Coup. Christian is a political junkie, enjoys trying new foods and traveling
