The DEA and Police are Watching Us

After the death of George Floyd Federal Agencies and police created an anti-protestor security apparatus.The police and federal agents have been pouring massive amounts of money and effort survey ANYONE connected to George Floyd's death and the Black Lives Matter movement. Last summer at the University of South Florida students gathered at a candlelight vigil somberly to mourn of George Floyd. Unbeknownst to them federal DEA agents were watching members dressed in plainclothes alongside the Campus Police. This apparently happened 51 times that summer.

But it goes deeper than that. A national effort to embed DEA and other federal agents with local police forces in the name of surveillance was a product of Trumpism. Former president trump's US Attorney General William Barr spear headed this effort to combat what he called "extreme left wing threats". Barr never supplied any evidence or information to back his reasoning. The public got fed up and government watchdog group FOIAED the federal government. They found that the cities of Denver, St. Louis, Newark Philadelphia and many more cities have been target by this surveillance effort.
